Autovol Honored Nationally as a USA Today Top Workplace
Already an Idaho Top Workplace five years running, Autovol received its third consecutive USA TODAY Top Workplaces award in Nashville on April 8.
The award honors organizations with 150 or more employees that have created exceptional, people-first cultures. This year, more than 42,000 organizations were invited to participate. The winners are recognized for their commitment to fostering a workplace environment that values employee listening and engagement. USA TODAY showcased the winners online and at the National Awards Summit in Nashville, TN.
The winners are determined by authentic employee feedback captured through a confidential survey conducted by Energage, the HR research and technology company behind the Top Workplaces program since 2006. The results are calculated based on confidential employee responses to statements about Workplace Experience Themes, which are proven indicators of high performance.
“This is a great honor for all of us at Autovol,” said Rick Murdock, Autovol CEO and Co-founder. “To be recognized nationally for three years in a row, and in our state for five years running…it says a lot about our team’s sense of satisfaction here.”
“Earning a USA TODAY Top Workplaces award is a testament to an organization’s credibility and commitment to a people-first culture,” said Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage. “This award, driven by real employee feedback, is more than just a recognition — it’s proof that your employees believe in the organization and its leadership. Job seekers and customers look for this trusted badge of credibility and excellence. It signals a company that values its people, and that kind of culture resonates in today’s competitive market”
According to Merrick Macomber, Autovol’s Chief Culture Officer, Autovol’s recognition for being a game changer isn’t technology alone, it’s also about culture.
“We’ve developed something genuine here at Autovol that is not easily replicated,” Merrick said. “This is not an award you can fake. It is based entirely on what employees actually say and feel about where they work.”
About Autovol
Founded in 2018, Autovol set out from the start to build a game-changing culture, involving everyone on the team in the process. This included everything from defining vision, mission, and values…to establishing an identity for the team, who are called Solutioneers rather than employees or workers. Each Autovol Solutioneer is encouraged and empowered to advance methods in their area to make work more efficient, productive, and enjoyable. Autovol has many unique practices in place to celebrate its Solutioneers, and create an environment where they can be themselves and find happiness and purpose in each workday.
