After over a year of strategic development, and backed by more than 15 years of expertise in prefabricated and panelized construction, the Triumph Group of Companies proudly announces the launch of Triumph’s PrimeFab: a dedicated prefabrication division delivering high-performance wall systems and building components for the Canadian construction industry.

Triumph’s PrimeFab is the result of real-world learning, starting with Triumph’s own early panelized projects, including the Roncesvalles Lofts more than 15 years ago. It now stands as a platform designed to bring tested, Canadian-made systems to developers, general contractors, investors, and modular builders across Midland, Ontario and beyond.

“We’ve spent the past year developing [Triumph’s] PrimeFab, but it’s truly our 15 years of experience in pre-fabricated wall systems that has enabled us to bring this in-demand product to market,” says Mario Ribeiro, CEO and founder of Triumph. “PrimeFab reflects deep field knowledge, manufacturing discipline, and what the market really needs—systems that reduce delays, improve quality, and make builds more predictable.”

Triumph’s PrimeFab’s primary manufacturing facility is a newly renovated plant that is over 100,000 sq ft built on 36 acres of land in Midland, Ontario. The fully equipped manufacturing facility is powered by innovative semi-automated production lines featuring advanced German manufacturing technology. A second 50,000 sq ft Toronto facility complements production capacity and hosts additional state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring scalability and geographic reach across Southern Ontario.

The combined facilities are expected to generate over 100 skilled jobs between 2025 to 2027, strengthening local economies in North Simcoe and the Greater Toronto Area, including Midland, Ontario.
