A Volumetric Building Companies (VBC), líder global no setor de construção, com foco na construção do futuro por meio de técnicas modulares volumétricas, escolheu a bomba de calor Maestro Smart 9 como a solução de conforto ideal para aquecer e resfriar seu projeto de habitação modular na Filadélfia, PA, que consiste em 60 unidades habitacionais modulares. A unidade Maestro da Olimpia Splendid foi acoplada a grades retangulares feitas sob medida (PN: B1026), que foram pintadas sob medida em três cores diferentes para combinar com o exterior da casa. Além disso, a Olimpia Splendid propôs que a VBC atualizasse seus controles para o termostato Venstar Color Touch (PN:B1023), permitindo o controle ideal do conforto.
