Issa Nesheiwat é o presidente da Apex Modular Solutions
Não havia razão para acreditar que Issa Nesheiwat se tornaria um líder no mundo da modularidade. Uma educação urbana em Yonkers, Nova York, com uma mudança repentina para a zona rural do Condado de Dutchess, no Vale do Hudson, no final de sua carreira no ensino médio, não mostrou sinais dessa intenção. Entretanto, utilizando seus mais de vinte anos de vasta experiência comercial, foi exatamente isso que ele fez. Enquanto muitas empresas modulares agem meramente como concessionárias de casas glorificadas com uma mentalidade de tamanho único no lote, Nesheiwat entrou em cena para mudar essa prática.
Sem saber, o jovem empresário estava treinando para o momento em que, em 2023, depois de vários anos de trabalho, ele lançaria seu serviço completo, a Apex Modular Solutions. Já em 2003, Nesheiwat estava se aventurando no mundo dos bancos como agente hipotecário. Isso fez com que o JP Morgan Chase o patrocinasse para ser licenciado pela Securities and Exchange Commission como banqueiro de investimentos. Após rigorosos testes e treinamentos, ele se tornou consultor de investimentos, como fundos mútuos e anuidades variáveis.
Em 2014, Nesheiwat aproveitou seu conhecimento para abrir sua própria empresa de investimentos imobiliários. Ele se especializou na reabilitação de propriedades em dificuldades, no redesenvolvimento de casas em estruturas completamente novas, no trabalho com municípios, na criação de um portfólio imobiliário e até mesmo em projetos de reabilitação histórica. Nesheiwat era até propenso a participar do trabalho árduo e sabia manejar um bom martelo. Ele foi tão bem-sucedido que, em 2021, fundou a BridgeWoks Consulting, que se concentra em ajudar os clientes a criar estruturas de negócios, como empreendimentos habitacionais acessíveis.
Embora a Apex Modular Solutions seja, de fato, o novo garoto do pedaço, Nesheiwat admite: "Levou décadas para que todas as ferramentas se juntassem". Com a cerimônia oficial de corte da fita sendo realizada em breve e depois de uma reportagem em rede sobre seu projeto paralelo envolvendo madeira recuperada da antiga ponte Tappan Zee, Nesheiwat está ansioso para ver até onde seu projeto o levará.
