PHOENIX, Oct. 25, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- A WillScot Mobile Mini Holdings Corp. ("WillScot Mobile Mini" ou a "Empresa") (Nasdaq: WSC), líder norte-americana em soluções de espaço modular e armazenamento portátil, anunciou hoje que fechou a aquisição da Sommer's Mobile Leasing, Inc. ("Sommer's Mobile Leasing"), uma empresa de locação de veículos e de serviços de transporte de passageiros. A transação foi financiada com dinheiro em caixa e empréstimos nos termos do contrato de crédito rotativo da empresa. Essa aquisição acrescenta cerca de 1.200 unidades modulares e cerca de 500 unidades de armazenamento nos atuais mercados da empresa nos EUA, em Ohio e West Virginia.
