O projeto do condomínio da Jarrett Street de Indústrias Blazer é um condomínio de três andares e 12 unidades localizado em Portland, Oregon. Projetado pelo premiado escritório de Portland arquiteto Brian CavanaughEsse projeto tem unidades que variam de 387 a 556 pés quadrados e está localizado ao longo de uma linha de transporte de massa para facilitar o transporte dentro da cidade.
Cada unidade possui janelas grandes para maximizar a luz natural nos espaços de convivência. Devido à natureza do projeto modular, cada espaço de convivência tem o teto com moldura separada da moldura do piso do nível seguinte, o que ajuda a minimizar o ruído vertical dos ocupantes. Outras especificações incluíram bancadas de cozinha de superfície sólida de quartzo, eletrodomésticos de aço inoxidável, piso de madeira projetada, azulejos de metrô e revestimento de parede e teto de gesso liso. O esquema de cores simples do revestimento externo torna esse projeto uma adição bem-vinda ao bairro. Os microespaços de convivência atendem à necessidade de conforto em uma área que enfrenta uma crise habitacional.
